Trix a decade (or two!) ago would never have imagined being here now, helping women with their wellness, movement and lifestyle habits.

Let’s just say I was in a very different place to where I am now, and wished I’d had someone to guide me through the maze of information and find what actually works (and what is simply gimmick).

And that is why The Sleep Yogi was born. Let me show you:
