I’m Trix, a sleep and stress coach, yoga and breathwork teacher, and the founder of The Sleep Yogi Method—a practical, science-backed approach to better sleep and less stress.
I help busy professionals and midlife women who feel exhausted, wired at night or stuck in a cycle of poor sleep. My online programmes blend CBT-I, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and stress management into simple, actionable steps that fit real life - no overwhelm, no unrealistic routines, just practical strategies that work.
Alongside my online courses, I also partner with businesses to run corporate workshops designed to improve sleep, energy, and resilience. A well-rested team is a more focused, productive, and engaged team. My sessions help employees build healthy sleep habits, manage stress and boost their overall wellbeing - leading to better performance and fewer burnout days.
