I help busy professionals and midlife women who feel exhausted, wired at night or stuck in a cycle of poor sleep. My online programmes blend CBT-I, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and stress management into simple, actionable steps that fit real life - no overwhelm, no unrealistic routines, just practical strategies that work.
Alongside my online courses, I also partner with businesses to run corporate workshops designed to improve sleep, energy, and resilience.
